This project transformed a three-bedroom, one-bathroom home into a modern four-bedroom, two-bathroom residence. The renovation included a complete gut, with all-new plumbing, upgraded electrical service and wiring, and the installation of dual-unit central heating and cooling systems. The kitchen was reimagined with an open layout and central island, while an additional full bathroom was added for greater functionality. The centerpiece of the renovation is a custom-built entertainment center, designed as the focal point of the living space.

Strong Roofs. Safe Homes. Lasting Value.
Replacing a roof is a step-by-step process designed to protect your home for years to come. It begins with a professional inspection to assess the condition of the existing roof and provide an accurate estimate. Old shingles and underlayment are carefully removed, and any damaged decking is replaced to create a strong foundation. Next, a protective underlayment and flashing are installed to guard against water intrusion, followed by the placement of new shingles (or other roofing materials) in a precise, weather-tight pattern. Ventilation is also checked or upgraded to ensure proper airflow and long-term durability. Finally, the crew completes a thorough cleanup and final inspection, leaving you with a safe, durable, and energy-efficient roof that enhances both the protection and curb appeal of your home.
